Next Century Technologies Purchases JNetDirect

HERNDON, Va.--(Business Wire)--
Next Century Technologies, Inc. (NCT), a holding company based in
Herndon, Virginia, today announced the execution and closing of an
asset purchase transaction with Stelligent Incorporated whereby NCT
acquired the JNetDirect business from Stelligent.

JNetDirect (www.jnetdirect.com) is a manufacturer and distributor
of software products for data connectivity, integration, management
and security. JNetDirect's award winning JSQLConnect, is one of the
industry's top selling JDBC drivers for high performance access to
Microsoft's SQL Server products. JNetDirect also retains distribution
rights for several new leading edge software applications including
Elixir Technology's Repertoire, a business intelligence / reporting /
dashboard tool; SQL Farms Combine, a development and deployment
product for large database farms; and Thycotic's Secret Server, a
password management software package.
