PCTEL Announces Availability of Its New TD-SCDMA-GSM/EDGE SeeGull(R) EX Scanning Receiver

       High Performance TD-SCDMA/GSM Scanning Receiver Provides
      Simultaneous High Speed Measurements for the Chinese Market
BARCELONA, Spain--(Business Wire)--
PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCTI), a leading provider of wireless
solutions, today announced the availability of its new
TD-SCDMA-GSM/EDGE SeeGull(R) EX Scanning Receiver. The new EX supports
concurrent measurements for the new Chinese 3G standard as well as for
GSM/EDGE in the 1800MHz and 900MHz frequency bands. In addition to the
superior GSM/EDGE performance and features such as BSIC and BCCH
decoding, China can now benefit from PCTEL's leading edge scanning
technology for TD-SCDMA.
