Sherilyn Burnett Young Joins Centrix Bank`s Board of Directors

BEDFORD, N.H.--(Business Wire)--
Centrix Bank (OTC Bulletin Board: CXBT) President/CEO Joseph B. Reilly announced
today that Sherilyn Burnett Young has been appointed to the Bank`s Board of
Directors.

Ms. Young brings an extensive background in environmental law, with significant
experience in estates and trusts as well as corporate, commercial and public
finance transactions to Centrix Bank`s Board of Directors. In addition, she
served on the Horizon Bank Board of Directors and was a former member of the
Advisory Board for Primary Bank.
