Director of National Intelligence to Address World Affairs Council of
Philadelphia

WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The World Affairs Council of
Philadelphia celebrates its 60th Anniversary with a national conference on
critical security issues of the 21st century.  The conference will feature
policymakers, government leaders and scholars.

Director Blair will outline key components of the 2009 National Intelligence
Strategy - the newly unveiled blueprint that drives the priorities for the
nation's 16 intelligence agencies.  He will also discuss intelligence
challenges facing the U.S., including transnational threats and global trends.
