CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ReBuilder Medical Technologies,

"In an effort to ferret out the suspected naked short sellers and to get an
accurate investor count to help our stock price accurately reflect its real
value, we are changing the name of the company," said David Phillips, Ph.D.
CEO.

Additionally, Dr. Phillips reported: "This will generate a new cusip # and new
stock ticker symbol. This may result in current stockholders submitting their
certificates to exchange for new ones. I suggest that anyone who owns our
stock and has let their broker hold it in a so called 'street name' request to
have their certificates delivered to them so that they can update their
certificates and make sure that their broker actually bought the shares for
them. We have had reports that brokers have sold shares that they do not
actually have."

Finally, Dr. Phillips told reporters today: "We will have much more positive
news to report in the coming days and weeks."
