DeMet Releases 2008 Audited Results and Schedules Creditors` Conference Call

MEXICO CITY--(Business Wire)--
Desarrolladora Metropolitana, S.A. de C.V. ["DeMet" or the "Company")
(ISE:5BBDQN5) announces the release of its 2008 audited financial statements and
the hosting of a conference call for all creditors to discuss the financial
results and progress on its previously announced restructuring plan. The
financial statements are available through DF King. To receive the statements,
and to be able to participate in the call, bondholders must first register with
D.F. King & Co. by calling or emailing Renee Baiorunos at 212-269-5694 or
rbaiorunos@dfking.com. The call will be held on Thursday, November 12 at 11:00
am EST. For access to the call bondholders must have pre-registered by 5:00 pm
EST on November 10; DF King will email registered bondholders with call-in
information prior to the call. Replays of the call will be available until 5:00
pm EST on November 25.
