(OTCBB: MTBR - News) today announced its intention to "spin out" its wholly owned subsidiary, IDZIN, Inc., as an independent company trading under its own symbol, on the OTCBB. It is planned for the transition to occur on or before October 18, 2008. IDZIN, Inc. (pronounced "I design") is the graphic art, printing, software, and internet development unit of Metabolic Research, Inc. IDZIN's proprietary software facilitates user friendly internet transactions and a real-time management information system.
