Acquisition Co. 3, LLC; MacKenzie Patterson Special Fund 7, LLC; and MacKenzie
Patterson Fuller, LP (the "Purchasers") have extended the expiration date of
their tender offer for Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R8
originated by Ameriquest Mortgage Company and held by Deutsche Bank National
TrustCompany (the "Bonds"). The expiration date has been extended through July
3,
2008.

As of the date hereof, no Bonds have been tendered by securities holders and
not
withdrawn.
