DENVER--(Business Wire)--
IPtimize, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPZI) ("IPtimize" or the "Company"), a
provider of turnkey broadband data management and voice (VoIP)
services to cable operators, announced today that the Company will
file its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB on or before May 15, 2008.

Due to the closing of two rounds of financing, the recent hiring
of a new CEO, and the implementation of its new business strategy,
IPtimize has experienced some delays in assembling certain information
needed to complete the review of its consolidated financial statements
in sufficient time to meet the required filing date. The Company
intends to file its Form 10-KSB as soon as practicable.
