Dittybase Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: DTTY) -- Further to the Dittybase
Technologies Inc. news release of the 16th of April 2008, pertaining to
Dittybase's agreement with the CBC, Dittybase wishes to clarify certain points
contained within the release as follows;

1. Dittybase is not "the" worldwide distributor, but rather "a" worldwide
distributor for the digital distribution and licensing rights for the CBC
Music Collection.

2. CBC Radio Directors will play an "integral part" not an "integrated part"
of
Dittybase bringing the CBC Music Collection recordings to the marketplace.

3. CBC Radio Canada is not a division of The Canadian Broadcasting
Corporation.
