IBM's former Manager for the GRC business unit, James Finn assumes new post at
Modulo to develop new solutions and projects related to Governance Risk and
Compliance

SAO PAULO, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Modulo, the leading provider of IT GRC
solutions, named James Finn as its VP of Risk Management. With 27 years of
experience in security and disaster recovery, consulting, managing and
delivering enterprise solutions, he was at IBM for 14 years and spent 13 years
as the Principal for the Unisys GRC business unit. Mr. Finn will be
responsible for the company's new solutions focused on Enterprise Risk
Management; Operational Risk; Business Continuity; and Policy and Compliance,
in order to enhance Modulo Risk Manager software sales in the U.S. and meet
our clients' needs.
He has been responsible for projects on business and technical security
and recovery solutions for more than 200 commercial and government clients
worldwide. Mr. Finn has assisted his clients achieve effective audit readiness
across the full spectrum of security and business recovery disciplines.
