President Shimon Peres in Israel, and Members of Fatah in Palestine, Learn More about Spiral Dynamics from Dr. Don E. Beck of Adizes Graduate School

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
500 members of Fatah in Palestine (February 2), and President
Shimon Peres in Israel (February 4), are meeting with Dr. Don E. Beck
to discuss Spiral Dynamics applications.

Spiral Dynamics is a theory of human social evolution with
powerful potential for managing change in complex global and
organizational contexts. The systems theory facilitates understanding
values, cultural emergence, policy and leadership. Dr. Beck has been
meeting with Israeli groups for two years and began presentations in
Palestine in early 2007 by invitation. He recently completed training
with executive members of the Fatah movement. Spiral Dynamics theory
really comes to life in interactive seminars where movement, music,
film, slides, and testing materials are used to demonstrate the
dynamics and interplay of specific social value systems.

PUBLIC SEMINAR: Dr. Beck will present a public training seminar
for Certification in Spiral Dynamics, Level 1-2, March 10-15, 2008, in
Santa Barbara, California. Level 1 focuses on the basic concepts,
while Level 2 explores organizational and social applications. Recent
participants have come from as far away as Singapore, Australia,
Brazil and Iceland, and from diverse professions, educational,
government and religious institutions.

Don is often joined by Elza Maalouf, a lawyer and consultant from
Lebanon, now living in the US. Elza has been instrumental in arranging
strategic meetings with leaders in Palestine and Israel, and provides
functional examples of these concepts in action during live seminars
in the United States and abroad.

SPECIAL GUEST: Dr. Ichak Adizes, who has received five (5)
international honorary Doctorates for his work, will present an
interactive dialogue on Saturday afternoon, March 15, on How to
Improve the Probability that Change Will Be Implemented: Systems
Design and Transformation, A Practical Perspective. Dr. Adizes speaks
several languages and has three decades of hands-on experience in the
field, working with multi-national organizations, government agencies
and leadership in many sectors.

Also featured, Darrell Gooden, a Ph.D. candidate and a change
agent with the US Military, will discuss how he meshes both Adizes and
Spiral Dynamics methods in his work with large scale organizational
systems. After the seminars, Darrell teaches a 3-week online dialogue
for individuals with specific applications in mind.

Adizes Graduate School was founded to facilitate the exploration
and management of change via rigorous State-approved online academic
degree programs. Dr. Adizes has written 10 books, translated into more
than 25 languages, including Mastering Change: The Power of Mutual
Trust and Respect (1992); Managing Corporate Lifecycles (1999), and
Leading the Leaders (2004). Dr. Beck co-authored: Spiral Dynamics:
Mastering Values, Leadership and Change (1996); and The Crucible:
Forging South Africa's Future (1991).
