The all-new MothersClick.com, the first digital acquisition by Lifetime
Networks, features a dynamic conversation engine that empowers women to easily
find discussion topics by keywords and to engage with other moms across
thousands of subjects.  Unlike traditional community sites geared toward moms,
MothersClick.com celebrates the diversity of experiences and interests of each
mother by fostering conversations across all verticals and not limiting them
to closed groups.  Mothers simply type in words or key phrases of interest and
are immediately shown all conversations on that topic, filtered into content
types including questions, reviews, polls, photos and classifieds.

LifetimeMoms.com unites 13 top mom bloggers under one umbrella to inspire
honest, real and thought-provoking dialogue by moms for moms.  These Lifetime
Moms provide original content across a variety of categories, including
Parenting, Beauty & Style, Fit & Healthy, Food, Steals and Deals, forming the
foundation of a growing vertical ad network.  More than 50 mom blogger sites
currently participate, with plans to grow to more than 200 in 2010.
