Techwell to Aid the Victims of China Sichuan Earthquake

Techwell, Inc. (Nasdaq:TWLL), through its international subsidiary, Techwell
China, has donated $172,500 RMB to the Red Cross Society of China to aid victims
and those areas affected by the major earthquake centered in the Sichuan
province of China on May 12, 2008.

Techwell and its employees express their deepest sympathy and condolences for
victims of the Sichuan Earthquake and sincerely hope for the quick recovery of
the people in China affected by this terrible disaster.
