Companies Integrate QualysGuard with Modulo Risk Manager to Provide a
Comprehensive Security Risk and Compliance Management Solution for Global
Companies

announced that the companies have formalized a partnership agreement.

As part of the agreement, the companies have integrated the QualysGuard
Vulnerability Management and Policy Compliance solution and Modulo`s Risk
Manager to deliver comprehensive security risk and compliance management
capabilities to the companies` global customers. Qualys` Chief Technology
Officer Wolfgang Kandek will discuss the new integration capabilities at
Modulo`s user conference and GRC meeting held in Angra dos Reis, Brazil on
August 13-16, 2009.
