Northern Offshore Announces Director Resignation

HOUSTON, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Northern Offshore, Ltd. (Oslo Bors:
NOF.OL) said today that Mr. Scott O'Keefe resigned as a director of the
company. Mr. O'Keefe was elected as a director of the company on September
15, 2009.
