MVTS Technologies Selected by Teradyne Inc. to Provide Teradyne Certified Refurbished Test Equipment

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Carlsbad-based MVTS Technologies, the largest provider of
refurbished automated test equipment (ATE) to the semiconductor
industry, has announced it has been selected by Teradyne Inc.
(NYSE:TER) of North Reading, Mass. to offer Teradyne Certified
refurbished legacy testers. "I am pleased that Teradyne has selected

The testers are refurbished by MVTS, at its Carlsbad, California

by Teradyne Corporation. They include qualified Teradyne parts,
approved board revision levels, a one year warranty and installation.
