Christian Baudis to Lead Tremor Media's European Business

Leading US Video Ad Network Expands Into Europe as Online Video Revenues
Expected to Reach $2.5 Billion by 2012

MUNICH, LONDON and NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Tremor Media, the
leading video advertising network and provider of the Acudeo Video
Monetization Platform, has appointed Christian Baudis as the new head of its
European business and is beginning its worldwide expansion. He joins Tremor
Media from Google, where he was formerly the head of the search provider's
operations in Germany.

Christian Baudis has served as Executive Managing Director Europe of
Tremor Media since July 1st, 2008. He is a veteran of the international
television and online media industries, having directed the advertising sales
at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, and having served as CEO of the European shopping
network HSE24, and his foundation of El Cartel Media, the TV sales house for
RTL II. Most recently, Baudis -- who is fluent in five languages -- directed
Google's business on the German market.
