Year 2007 Earnings Conference Call; Provides Notice of 2008 Annual Meeting

    BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Central European
Distribution Corporation (Nasdaq: CEDC) will have its fourth quarter and full
year 2007 earnings conference call on February 28, 2008 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern
Time. The conference call will be broadcast live over the internet. William
Carey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Chris Biedermann, Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer, invite you to listen to their

    Central European Distribution Corporation will convene its annual
stockholders' meeting at 9:00 a.m., local time, on May 1, 2008 (the "Annual
Meeting"). The Annual Meeting will be held at the offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf
LLP, at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY. CEDC's board of directors
has fixed March 4, 2008, as the record date for the determination of
stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and at
all adjournments or postponements that may take place.
    CEDC is the largest vodka producer in Poland by value and produces the
Absolwent, Zubrowka, Bols and Soplica brands, among others. CEDC currently
exports Zubrowka to European and Asian markets.
    CEDC also is the leading distributor by volume and a leading importer by
value of alcoholic beverages in Poland.  CEDC operates 17 distribution centers
and 89 satellite branches throughout Poland. CEDC imports many of the world's
