E-xact and Chase Paymentech Introduce New "Non-Storing" E-Commerce Solution, WSP
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 30 (MARKET WIRE) --
E-xact Transactions Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: EXZ), a leading provider of
secure payment gateway solutions, announces its new Web Secure Pay
solution with Chase Paymentech.
E-xact's latest innovation, Web Secure Pay or WSP, eliminates all of the
complexity and liability usually involved with accepting payment via the
web. This highly secure, easy-to-integrate solution allows merchants to
process payments without the hassle of complicated data security
practices required by banks and industry regulators.
WSP is designed to integrate with websites by using a few simple snippets
of customized HTML code. It allows merchants to accept and confirm
payments without ever handling the customer credit card data - this
removes liability and assists merchants with their PCI compliance. WSP
offers fully customizable, and safe processing of sensitive payment data
while preserving the look and feel of the merchant's website.
Peter Fahlman, President of E-xact states, "Together with Chase
Paymentech, we have been working to develop this easy and secure payment
service. Now with the addition of Interac Online, which allows for secure
online debit transactions, merchants can offer ease-of-use and privacy
for online customers without a complicated integration with their
website."
E-xact is currently presenting at RailsConf 2008 in Portland, Oregon.
