Bank of America Banking Center Closures Announced for Charlotte, Collier, Lee,
Manatee and Sarasota Counties Due to Tropical Storm Fay

MIAMI, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to Tropical Storm Fay, Bank of America
is announcing county-wide banking centers closures for Tuesday, August 19,
2008, in the following counties:
    -- Charlotte
    -- Collier
    -- Lee
    -- Manatee
    -- Sarasota
