New England Data Services Appoints New CEO

WALTHAM, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
New England Data Services' (NEDS) board of directors named Rob
Phillips chief executive officer today, as a result of the Company's
continuation succession planning process. Today's announcement marks
the height of a carefully designed systematic plan.

Phillips said today.

   Philips has been a vital part of the NEDS team since 2006; serving
as the Chief Financial Officer. He has provided leadership and
direction in facilitating many of NEDS' standard procedures and drive

leader to take the helm as NEDS' chief executive officer.
