Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff and U.S. Department of
Agriculture Deputy Secretary Chuck Conner to Discuss Proposed Rule Changes to

    WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. Department of Labor
Secretary Elaine L. Chao will host a press briefing with U.S. Department of
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and U.S. Department of
Agriculture Deputy Secretary Chuck Conner to discuss proposed rule changes to
the H2A temporary worker program on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at 9:30 a.m. EST
