HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings, LLC Will Issue Its Annual Report, Including Annual Consolidated Financial Information, on March 28, 2008
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.--(Business Wire)--
HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings, LLC ("HRP") announced today that it
will post its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2007 on
the company website (http://www.hrpusa.com) on March 28, 2008. The
annual report will be furnished pursuant to the Indentures governing
the Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2012 (the "Senior Notes"),
the 12 1/2% Junior Secured Notes due 2013 (the "Junior Notes") and the
14 1/2% Senior Pay-In-Kind Notes due 2014 (the "PIK Notes") and the
Equity Participation Agreement relating to the Class B shares of
Common Stock of HRP PIK Corp. ("PIK Corp."). The annual report will be
made available to holders of the Senior Notes, holders of the Junior
Notes, holders of the PIK Notes, Class B shareholders of PIK Corp.,
prospective purchasers of such securities and securities analysts or
market makers in such securities. The annual report will be available
via a secure link on the company website.
HRP will host a conference call to discuss its annual results at
11:00 a.m. (EDT) on April 3, 2008. The dial-in information will be
posted on the Investor Log In section of the company website no later
than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on April 2, 2008. A replay of the conference
call will be available under the Investor Log In section of the
company website beginning on April 4, 2008 and remain available for 30
days.
During the conference call, representatives of HRP may discuss and
answer one or more questions concerning HRP's business and financial
matters. The responses to these questions, as well as other matters
discussed during the call, may contain information that has not been
previously disclosed.
Companies or persons interested in requesting a password to access

provided below in order to complete the confidentiality paperwork
required to obtain a password. Such paperwork must be completed by
