ServiceMaster Names Laura Hendricks President of Merry Maids

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(Business Wire)--
ServiceMaster is pleased to announce that Laura Hendricks has
joined the company as President of Merry Maids. Ms. Hendricks succeeds
Joy Flora who left the company in December.

Prior to joining Merry Maids, Hendricks was vice president of
supply chain management at Cintas in Cincinnati. She joined Cintas in
2000 as regional business director and received the company's highest
internal recognition, the Outstanding Achievement Award, for three
consecutive years, in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Hendricks' career began more than 20 years ago as a courier for
FedEx. She held several management positions at FedEx and was promoted
to managing director of operations in Cincinnati where she oversaw
locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia. During
her tenure with FedEx, Hendricks was routinely recognized for the
quality of her work and received the company's Five Star Award for
outstanding performance in 1996 and 1999. The award is reserved for
the top performing 5 percent of the company.

Hendricks holds a liberal arts degree from Xavier University in
Cincinnati. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and has
earned the Total Quality Management certification.
