Bibby Financial Services Announces Appointment of VP of Operations, Dominique F. Villarreal

HOUSTON--(Business Wire)--Bibby Financial Services is pleased to announce the appointment of
Dominique F. Villarreal, VP of Operations for their new Houston
location. He joins Bibby after more than 15 years in the Commercial
Finance business at Riviera Finance.

Over the last five years since its North American operations
started, Bibby Financial Services has enjoyed phenomenal growth in
providing receivables funding to small to medium sized businesses, at
least doubling its size each and every year. In his capacity as VP of
Operations, Dominique will ensure this level of growth will be
maintained through an aggressive expansion into the Houston area.
