CENTER FOR ECONOMIES OF CHANGE Names Michelle M. Griffin to Serve as Chief
Operating Officer

CHICAGO, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandra Deardorff, Vice President, Human
Resources of CENTER FOR ECONOMIES OF CHANGE announced that the Board of
Directors has named Michelle M. Griffin as Chief Operating Officer.
Sandra Deardorff said that "The CENTER FOR ECONOMIES OF CHANGE board
unanimously selected Griffin based on her track record of creating profitable
change within complex organization through creative solutions in performance
management, as well as her strong executive and personal qualities."
    Sandra added: "Michelle's strong execution skills and visionary insight

conferences is powerful and motivational as well as her innovative common
sense approaches to business issues.  Griffin has real world problem-solving

profitability speaks for itself. She demonstrated these skills at Oce, Bank of
America and many other organizations which she has consulted.  Her talents

    Prior to this appointment Griffin, 44, had served since August 2003 as
Vice President of Customer Experience where she spent four years improving the
service revenue and profitability, managing a 750 million dollar service
revenue stream for Oce North America, Inc. Her focus was on revenue, customer
retention, and visual performance management dashboards.  Prior to her current
appointment, she was Senior Vice President Group Operations at Bank of
America. Previously, Griffin served five years as Chief Information Officer
for Instanet Manufacturing Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina.
