Luis Marini-Portugal Appointed to Eurazeo's Executive Board
PARIS--(Business Wire)-- Regulatory News: Eurazeo (Paris:RF): As proposed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Michel David Weill, on June 19, 2008, Eurazeo's Supervisory Board has proceeded with the appointment of Luis Marini-Portugal to the Executive Board. His appointment will be effective as of July 15, 2008. Luis Marini-Portugal joined Eurazeo's investment team in 1999 and participated in the structuring and oversight of the investments in Eutelsat, Rexel and Terreal. Before this, Luis spent six years at JP Morgan first in London, where he worked in M&A and leverage finance, then in Paris as an equity analyst. Luis Marini-Portugal is a graduate of HEC.
