DENVER, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Vectra Bank made several staffing changes
to accommodate recent growth and strategically refine its business units to
better serve customer needs. These changes reflect both Vectra Bank's
long-term commitment to its customer-focused strategy, as well as the
organization's continued growth in the market.
As part of its realignment strategy, the bank divided its customer areas
into two groups, Wholesale Banking and Community Banking. The Wholesale
Banking group, encompassing corporate real estate, corporate banking and
treasury management, will be directed by Kirk Monroe, Vectra Bank's executive
vice president. The Community Banking group, which includes all business
functions of the bank branches, will be directed by Scott Page, Denver metro
president. This change will be phased in over the next year.
"We have some incredibly talented and visionary leaders at Vectra," said
Bruce Alexander, president and CEO of Vectra Bank Colorado. "These changes
will make it possible for us to more effectively leverage their abilities,
thereby better serving our customers -- which is always our primary goal."
In the Denver south-metro market, Amy Graden was promoted to market
president. Graden's new position involves overseeing 17 south metro-Denver
branches and 15 branch managers will report directly to her.
For the Denver north-metro market, Nan Hinton was promoted to market
president. She will oversee eight north metro-Denver branches and three
executive bankers, four business bankers and eight branch managers.
Overseeing both the Denver-metro north and south markets and the
Pueblo/Colorado Springs markets will be Brad Martin, who was promoted to Front
Range Community Banking division manager. Each of these markets will include
branch, executive and business banking functions.
With assets of $2.76 billion, Vectra Bank Colorado is a proactive,
customer-focused organization dedicated to real relationship banking. Part of
the Zions Bancorporation (Nasdaq: ZION) family of banks, Vectra serves
Colorado's small, middle-market and corporate business clients with more than
40 full-service branches in communities across the state.
