REG-Sutherland Health Group Plc: Issue of Equity & Close of Placing

                      ISSUE OF SHARES AND PLACING CLOSED                       

The Directors of Sutherland Health Group, an ISO registered and approved
supplier to The National Health Service of sexual health, patient hygiene and
diagnostic products, are pleased to update shareholders on the closing position
of the current fund raising.

A further 830,000 new ordinary shares have been issued at 2p per share raising
a further £16,600 taking the total that has been issued and successfully placed
to date to £456,530.

The Board have decided to close the Placing of new ordinary shares.

Chairman John French commented "I would like to take this opportunity to thank
our shareholders for supporting the Company in such a positive manner during a
period that has for many companies been a very difficult time to raise new
funds. With the Placing closed, this will enable us to continue with the new
product development already in place, and to further distribution of products
already in the market"

The shares now in issue have increased to 55,008,060. The shareholders who have
an interest greater than 3% in the Company are as follows:

**Sutherland RBS is a pension fund for which George Sutherland is the
beneficiary

The Directors' interests are 29,868,945 ordinary shares, representing 54.30% of
the issued share capital.
