The Company announces that it has today despatched a notice of general meeting
to shareholders to convene a general meeting to be held at Suite 107, 109 Pitt
St, Sydney on 27 May 2008 at 10.00a.m. A copy of the notice of general meeting
and form of proxy is available on the Company's website at www.investika.com.

Please note that one of the resolutions to be considered by shareholders is to
change the name of the Company to Natasa Mining Ltd.
