Nitol Solar Limited ("Nitol Solar") today announces that it is considering an
initial public offering of its ordinary shares on the main market of the London
Stock Exchange.
About Nitol Solar
Nitol Solar is a vertically integrated chemical and silicon gas company based in
Russia's Irkutsk region. The Company is one of the leaders in the chlorine
sector of the Russian chemical industry.
The Company's current and envisaged products cover a number of steps in the
photovoltaic ("PV") value chain from trichlorosilane ("TCS") gas through
polycrystalline silicon ("polysilicon") to the finished mono and
multicrystalline wafers utilised in solar cells.
Nitol Solar's aim is to become a global leader in the efficient production of
polysilicon products for the fast-growing solar energy industry, the most
rapidly developing form of renewable energy.
