Sequel Team Joins Falcon to Invest Junior Capital in the Middle Market
BOSTON, DALLAS, and NEW YORK, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Falcon Investment
Advisors, LLC and Sequel Holdings, L.P. have entered into an agreement to
combine their efforts to invest in a wide range of debt and equity securities
in middle market companies.
The agreement extends Falcon's capabilities as a sponsor in the private
equity market, adds to its experience in the food, commodity and industrial
sectors, and enhances its geographic reach by establishing a Dallas office.
The combination also enables the Sequel investment team to more effectively
deploy equity capital in its focus area and broaden its platform by utilizing
Falcon's resources to invest in a variety of structured debt and equity
securities. Sequel Holdings will continue to manage its existing portfolio of
businesses and execute each company's strategic plan.
