Gunnebo (STO:GUNN) security group records a write-down of goodwill in an amount
of MSEK 106 in the fourth quarter 2009.

Following an impairment test of the intangible assets within the Business Line
Site Protection, Gunnebo has decided on a write-down of goodwill. The write-down
amounts to MSEK 106 and will impact the result for the fourth quarter 2009.
