Brock as Partners

Mr. Brock as Chief Operating Officer

new partners in the privately held company.
Ian Packer has been named partner and chief financial officer, and
Scott Brock has been named partner and chief operating officer.
Together with Apex's Chairman and CEO, Gary R. Griffith, Brock, Packer
and Griffith will comprise the Partners and Executive Committee of
Apex. Additionally, Brock and Packer will join Griffith on Apex's
Board of Directors.
