         (formerly known as Advent Air Ltd, 'Skywest' or 'the Company')

                              LEASE OF AIRCRAFT



The Board of Skywest is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Skywest
Airlines Pty Ltd ("Skywest Airlines"), has entered into a lease agreement with
Capital Lease Aviation PLC, the AIM quoted aircraft leasing company for one
Fokker 100 jet aircraft.



HIGHLIGHTS



•         The aircraft has been leased at the rate of USD $100,000 per month
plus reserves;



•         The term of the lease is 60 months;



•         The aircraft is required to support a capacity increase as is required
by Skywest Airlines;



•         Skywest Airline's fleet management have inspected of the Fokker 100
jet and found it to be satisfactory. With delivery having taken place, the
aircraft has been entered onto the Australian aircraft register on Skywest Air
Operators Certificate.
