Murray Energy Corporation To Issue Third Quarter 2009 Financial Results on November 14, 2009

Murray Energy Corporation ("Murray Energy") announced today that it will post
its quarterly report for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 on Murray Energy`s
secure investor website on November 14, 2009. The quarterly report is being
furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the 10.25% senior secured notes
due 2015 (the "Senior Secured Notes"). The quarterly report will be made
available to holders of the Senior Secured Notes, qualified prospective
investors in the Senior Secured Notes and certain broker-dealers and securities
analysts. Murray Energy intends to post all of its annual reports, quarterly
