NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Misys plc (FTSE: MSY.L), the global applications software and services company,
will release Preliminary Results for the fiscal year ended 31 May 2009 on 23
July 2009.

Misys Management will host a presentation with analysts and investors at 9.00am
on 23 July 2009 at; The Auditorium, JPMorgan Cazenove, 20 Moorgate, London EC2R
6DA.

The presentation will be available on webcast on www.misys.com and also on
www.cantos.com.
