Rebuilding Together and Choice Hotels Team Up to Renovate and Repair Casa
Linda Lodge in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Volunteers from the Choice Hotels corporate
offices in Phoenix and Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun are dedicating
their time to improve Casa Linda Lodge, a group home for expectant teenage
mothers on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1825 W.
Northern Ave. The Casa Linda Lodge provides prenatal care and childbirth
preparation services to its residents as they continue to pursue an
educational degree while living in the group home. Casa Linda Lodge is a
program under the local Catholic Charities in Phoenix.

The project includes installing new appliances, constructing shelving,
painting the interior and exterior of the building, plumbing, building a new
laundry room, and creating more storage space for the residents. All of these
improvements will better serve the needs of the residents and allow them a
more efficient and safe place to live while improving their lives and
preparing for motherhood.

"It is truly heart-warming to see so many volunteers from Choice Hotels coming
together and giving of their time and talent to make a difference in the lives
of our young expectant and new mothers," said Paul Martodam, CEO of Catholic
Charities Community Services. "On behalf of Catholic Charities, my heart-felt
thanks to them and Rebuilding Together. Their charity demonstrates what it
means to build just and caring communities."

The project will also include special guest volunteers and speakers, Deputy
Secretary, Jim Drake and Chief of Staff, Ruben Gallego attending from 11:30
a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and State Representative, Eric Meyer and Special Advisor to
the Attorney General, Gerald Richard attending from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

"To be a part of the community means you roll up your sleeves and work with
neighbors to help make the lives of others better," said Dennis Flynn,
"Through these efforts, Rebuilding Together and Choice Hotels are committed to
preserving and revitalizing the homes of lower income families and non-profits
that assist those in need."

"Community stabilization is an issue that is affecting low and moderate income
Americans on a day to day basis," said Gary Officer, president and CEO of
Rebuilding Together. "With the Choice Hotels partnership, we are committed to
tackling this issue at this critical time."
