1,995,940 shares (4.943%) are under the control of Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Widows Group Ltd, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Bank plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of
