The board of Emerging Metals Limited announces that Mitch Alland has stepped
down as Chief Executive Officer on Friday, 10 July 2009, to become a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Stephen Dattels and James Mellon have taken on the roles of Executive
Co-Chairmen.

The board would like to thank Mr Alland for his contribution as Chief Executive
Officer to the company.
