Walmart Announces 100 More Toy Rollbacks Including Top Holiday Picks

New toy savings join 100 toys for $10; low prices last through holiday season

BENTONVILLE, Ark., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- From licensed toys to
active-play items, Walmart (NYSE: WMT) announced today 100 additional toy
Rollbacks in its intent to help families save more this holiday season. This
week in all stores and online at Walmart.com (www.walmart.com), the prices of
more than 100 toys will be rolled back, many at an additional 20% and 30%
savings, and will last through the Christmas shopping period.  This new
savings effort is in addition to Walmart's 100 toys for $10 pricing previously
announced, and brings to shoppers additional savings on many more of this
season's hottest toys.

Moms typically begin making their purchases earlier in preparations for
Christmas.  According to Walmart customer research, more than 50 percent of
moms aspire to have all their holiday shopping completed by Thanksgiving. In
addition, half of these moms say they will purchase toys as part of their
gifting plans.(1)

"We'll offer aggressive pricing on toys this season to ensure moms can afford
the gifts that help create a holiday their kids will remember," said Laura
Phillips, vice president of Toys, Walmart. "We believe moms are looking for
toys that not only fulfill their children's holiday wishes, but also create
opportunities for role play, pretend and family togetherness."

Walmart's latest toy rollbacks* include popular licensed toys, interactive
toys, favorite games, active role play items and more.  A few samples of these
additional savings include:

    --  Rocky the Robot** - $49 (17% savings)
    --  Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figure** - $29 (17% savings)
    --  Star Wars Light Saber - $15 (25% savings)
    --  Barbie "I Can Be" Playsets with Doll - $15 (25% savings)
    --  Playskool Step Start Walk 'N Ride or Ball Popper - $17 (32% savings)
    --  FurReal Friends Lulu My Cuddlin' Kitty - $38 (24% savings)
    --  Air Hogs Laser Zero Gravity** - $29 (28% savings)
    --  Fisher-Price Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX Ride-On - $178 (10% savings)
    --  Jakks Sweet Oven Makeover** - $24 (20% savings)

    --  More games like Candyland, Yahtzee and Chutes & Ladders - $5 (37%
        savings)

shipping with Site to Store on thousands of online toys, including all bikes,
