Management changes at Accovion GmbH

Accovion announces personnel changes within the company`s management
ESCHBORN, Germany--(Business Wire)--
Dr. Wilhelm Horn, a member of the Accovion management team for more than seven
years, has left the company to pursue new professional challenges. Dr. Horn held
several senior positions within Sanofi Aventis before he joined Accovion`s
management at the

company`s foundation in 2002. He contributed significantly to Accovion`s growth
and successful positioning within the CRO market. Accovion cordially thanks Dr.
Wilhelm Horn for his invaluable services over this time.

In conjunction with this change, Martin Schröder, a member of the management
team, has been named CEO of Accovion GmbH. Dr. Kurt Löffler continues in his
position as a managing director of Accovion GmbH.
