Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park, California Treated to Peanuts(TM) Ice Cream
Social, Luncheon and Camp Snoopy Tickets at Knott's Berry Farm




CARLSBAD, Calif., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- On July 18(th), National Ice Cream
Day, all Carrows restaurants, located throughout the states of California and
Nevada, will scoop out free Peanuts(TM) ice cream cones, one of the special
new Peanuts(TM)desserts being served up at the family restaurant chains from
now until November 2009. All Carrows E-Club members will receive a coupon for
the free ice cream, and non-members can easily sign up online for the
restaurant's E-Club at www.carrows.com. Guests signing up by July 15 will
receive the coupon; and all members should print out their coupon to redeem it
at the restaurant.Carrows is giving away free Peanuts(TM)ice cream cones to
not only recognize this classic American treat, but to also celebrate their
partnership with the classic American brand, Peanuts(TM).  The same day in
Buena Park, California, Carrows, located at 8650 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park,
will host 20 Boys & Girls Club members with a Peanuts(TM) Ice Cream Social and
Luncheon.  Peanuts characters will be in attendance for photo opportunities,
Knott's Berry Farm will provide tickets for Camp Snoopy, and a Carrows
executive will serve as a motivational speaker to the local children of the
Boys & Girls Club. While guests enjoy their free cones, they can also dig into
Carrows fresh, affordable meals - including their slow roasted prime rib, Big
Bargain Lunches, and fresh salads.

 "Our Free Ice Cream Cone Day is a way to provide our customers with a
budget-saving treat and our partnership with the Boys & Girls Club gives back

The free ice cream cone day is part of a Peanuts(TM) promotion that is running
through November 30, 2009 in all Carrows.  Stopping by for free cones is not
only an economical way to spend a hot summer day, but it is also another
chance to enter the Peanuts sweepstakes, which features free meals, discounts
on 5 Peanuts DVD titles and one all-expense paid trip for a family of 4 to
