Julien Coudray 1518 to Showcase Collection at Baselworld 2008; Edward H. Bohlin Posts Record Sales Gains

BIEL, Switzerland & DALLAS--(Business Wire)--
ILXP (Pink Sheets:ILXP), a growing luxury goods manufacturer, is
pleased to announce the debut of the Julien Coudray 1518 "haute
horlogerie" ultra-luxury watch. ILXP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Julien
Coudray SA, will launch several limited edition models at Baselworld
2008. This event will introduce the line to the luxury watch community
and mark the company's debut at Baselworld.

Coudray's proprietary movement was designed and created by noted
watchmaker Dominique Loiseau. "We are pleased to be on track with our
roll-out plan, first announced in July, 2007," said Yves Buchenel,
Julien Coudray's president. "Baselworld 2008 will provide a platform
for the introduction of our distinctive brand and unique models."

Julien Coudray 1518 takes its name from the world's oldest known
watchmaker, who in 1518, delivered two daggers inset with miniature
clocks to King Louis XII and Francois I.

Edward H. Bohlin, ILXP's other wholly-owned luxury goods
subsidiary, reported record results for 2007. Sales grew 19% over the
prior year. "The rebirth of Bohlin continues to gather momentum," said
David Marold, Bohlin's President. Even more significant was the 150%
jump in profits. "We are pleased with our progress in restoring the
luster to this 85 year-old distinctive American brand. Simply put,
more customers are buying more goods at higher prices."

While sales of Bohlin's signature line of leather and silver
accessories continues to grow, the addition of the Bohlin line of
luxury watches has raised the company profile as well as increased
revenues and margins. "Bohlin has benefited from the Swiss watchmaking
infrastructure and know-how of Julien Coudray, SA," said Marold. "We
are manufacturing distinctly American luxury watches in Switzerland,
offering quality that surpasses most American brands," Marold
continued.

Bohlin's luxury watch segment grew approximately 50% last year.
The company introduced new models at the end of the 4th quarter,
featuring a new automatic and a 40mm chronograph.

ILXP is a supplier of luxury watches, including the Julien Coudray
1518, exclusive luxury, 'haute horlogerie' timepieces comparable to
the finest Swiss brands. The company is also the major supplier of
luxury western style watches and accessories under the prestigious
Edward H. Bohlin brand.

ILXP's wholly owned subsidiary, Edward H. Bohlin, is arguably the
most famous and highly regarded name in upscale western luxury goods,
with an 85-year tradition of fine silver and leather goods, from
buckles to hand-finished saddles. Its signature designs and
hand-engraved pieces have been worn by famous personalities such as
Ronald Reagan, Ralph Lauren, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe, Robert
Wagner and John Wayne.

Its buckles are prominently featured in television and film, most
recently in "The Horse Whisperer," worn by Robert Redford and "All the
Pretty Horses," worn by Matt Damon. Bohlin is also a prestige name in
brand-conscious Japan.

ILXP is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and maintains European
offices in Biel and Zurich, Switzerland.
