ESRI Portugal and Intermap Technologies Partner to Provide High-Resolution Map Data to Portugal`s Geospatial Community

Intermap Technologies today announced that ESRI Portugal, the leading Portuguese
geographic information system (GIS) technology provider, has partnered with
Intermap to distribute the Company`s highly accurate 3D digital elevation models
(DEMs), high-resolution orthorectified images, and advanced geospatial solutions
to its customers.

With the completion of NEXTMap Europe, for the first time, uniformly accurate
map data is available for the entire country of Portugal, which joins nationwide
datasets for 21 countries across Western Europe. "This is a `win-win` situation

Under the terms of the agreement, Intermap`s existing core datasets will be made
available to ESRI Portugal customers and solution providers through its
headquarters in Lisbon, as well as its extensive partner network. In addition,
the agreement calls for the creation of market-specific geospatial solutions
optimized for use with ESRI applications.
