Rivington Street Holdings PLC has been advised that on 3 July 2009 Mr Tom
Winnifrith, a Director of the Company sold 40,506 shares at 39.375 pence per
share on the PLUS market and that the same number of shares were purchased in
the market at 39.50 pence per share for inclusion in Mr Winnifrith's SIPP.

The Directors' interests in the Company are therefore unchanged.

The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
