REG-Ukrproduct Group Transaction in Own Shares

KIEV, Ukraine--(Business Wire)--

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Ukrproduct Group ("Ukrproduct" or the "Group") (AIM:UKR), a leading producer and
distributor of branded dairy products in Ukraine, today announced that it has
acquired 1,750,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 12 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following this transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,750,250 Ordinary
Shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 41,067,599.
