Rainmaker Signs Three-Year Renewal with TIBCO Software for Training Sales

Rainmaker's ViewCentral Platform is Currently Deployed for Training Management
Support

CAMPBELL, Calif., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rainmaker Systems, Inc.

hosted application software and execution services, today announced that it
has been awarded a three-year Training Sales renewal agreement by TIBCO
Software, Inc., a leading business integration and process management software
company, to deploy its live, virtual and on-demand ViewCentral(TM) platform
for training sales, webinar and event management support.
    Rainmaker's ViewCentral platform is an external facing Learning Management
System that is an online, 24X7 available, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
ViewCentral focuses on delivering increased training revenue and profit for
customer and partner training programs.
    ViewCentral manages the entire business lifecycle of training and events,
from marketing, scheduling, advertising, registration, payments, post-course
reporting and analysis enabling to continually improve training content and
processes.  This agreement includes ViewCentral's Classroom, vClassroom and
eLearning platforms to drive online registration and help increase attendance
for TIBCO's face-to-face on-site training events, on-demand and live,
instructor-led virtual courses.
