card-not-present merchants, announced that Joe Little has joined the company as
Vice President of Sales. Mr. Little brings over 17 years of experience in sales
leadership and management, and will be driving the direct sales team's efforts
to promote Verifi`s services to the card-not-present merchant marketplace.

Prior to joining Verifi, Joe spent 10 years at Visa, Inc. as a Senior Business
Leader. While there, Joe held leadership positions including managing a team
responsible for revenue generation, new business development and launching new
initiatives into the payment industry. In addition to those responsibilities,
Joe worked closely with multi-national accounts to establish payment solutions
for the underserved and also launch new cobranded opportunities.

Prior to joining Visa, Joe managed an Acquiring program with a regional bank in
the Southeast. Earlier in his career he spent five years with American Express
as a Senior Marketing Manager in their Retention and Service Establishment
division. He managed various functions in retention efforts to merchant
establishment specific industries.
